The default outcome

Most agencies build the site and disappear.

Then a year passes. In a sample of 24 live Malaysian business sites in August 2026, even the good ones carried future-dated copyright years, dead placeholders and broken internal links.

Risk 01

Unpatched software

An out-of-date CMS or plugin is the most common way a Malaysian SME site gets defaced or filled with injected spam links. The patch usually existed for months.

Risk 02

Backups that do not restore

A backup on the same server as the site is not a backup. Most owners have never tested a restore, which means they do not have one.

Risk 03

Nobody to call

The person who built it has moved on. When the site goes down on a Saturday there is no number that answers, and the outage lasts as long as it takes to find someone new.

What you actually get

Eight things, on every plan including the RM450 one.

Care covers the whole setup, not just the CMS — hosting, email, DNS, Mailchimp, Google and Meta business accounts all count. We bound how much work is in flight, not what counts as a request.

01

Core and plugin updates, weekly

Applied on staging first where a staging site exists, then to production, and rolled back if anything moves. Not unattended auto-updates that break a checkout at 3am.

02

Daily offsite backups

Database and files, stored away from the web server, 30 to 90 days of retention depending on plan, with a restore actually tested every quarter.

03

Uptime monitoring every 60 seconds

Checked from outside your network. Two consecutive failures alert us, not you. You find out because we message you, not because a customer does.

04

Security patching and malware scanning

Known vulnerabilities patched out of band when severity demands it. Daily file-integrity and injected-content scan; if something is found we clean it and tell you how it got in.

05

A monthly report worth reading

One page, plain language: what was updated, what was backed up, what needs your decision. No 40-page PDF of graphs nobody opens.

How it runs

The queue is the product.

One request in flight at a time. That cap is what makes a fixed monthly price honest rather than a lottery — and it is why a single operator can sell a subscription without overpromising.

Step 1

Subscribe

Card checkout on the pricing page. No call, no proposal, no onboarding project.

Step 2

Access, securely

We arrange access into accounts that stay in your name. Nothing moves to us.

Step 3

Care starts

First checks run within one business day. Monitoring from that evening.

Step 4

You request, we queue

Message on WhatsApp or in the app. Inside the plan it is free; outside it, you get one fixed quote first.

Step 5

Report, monthly

One page. And an ownership map you can download any time.

Questions

Do I have to move my hosting to you?

No, and we would rather you did not. The hosting account stays in your name and we work inside it. If your host is genuinely unsafe we will say so and quote the migration separately — still into an account you own.

Do you charge by the hour for anything?

No. Care is a flat monthly fee. Work outside the plan gets one fixed price, quoted up front, approved and paid before it starts. If it overruns the estimate, that is ours to absorb.

Why does care start at RM450 and not RM50?

Because at RM50 a month nobody looks at your site. That price only works if updates are unattended and the plugins are unlicensed — and an unlicensed plugin never receives security patches, which becomes your liability rather than the vendor's.

What if a payment fails?

Care keeps running. Backups, monitoring and patching all continue while the card is retried, you get an email and a WhatsApp, and we pause new work at day fourteen unpaid. We do not take sites down over billing.

Let somebody look after it.

RM450 a month, card checkout, cancel any month. Everything stays in your name.
