Domain, hosting, code and data — in your name, in writing

jaga.
Fixed-Scope Project · from RM30,000

A website built to still work in year three.

Custom design, a CMS you can actually edit, on-page SEO and schema, every account registered in your name — and a care plan from month one so it does not become another abandoned site.

From RM30,000, excluding SST · one clear software outcome with a defined scope · fixed-quoted before work starts

These are not upsells. A build without them is the expensive option measured over three years.

Why quotes vary tenfold

The same five-page brief gets quoted RM500 and RM5,000.

Almost none of that spread is design talent. It is what the quote quietly leaves out — and buyers cannot tell, so they assume the cheapest is the same thing.

Gap 01

Who writes the content

The largest hidden cost in any web project. If a quote assumes you supply final copy and photography and you do not, the project stalls or the price moves.

Gap 02

Revision rounds

"Until you are happy" is not a term, it is how projects run eight weeks over. Two rounds with a defined scope for extras is a term.

Gap 03

Who owns the output

A cheap quote often keeps the domain, repository or hosting on the vendor's account. That is not a discount, it is a deposit you cannot withdraw.

What you actually get

What a properly scoped software outcome includes.

Both can look identical on launch day. The difference shows up in month eight.

01

A layout designed for your content

Not a theme with your logo dropped in. That means we need your real content early, and we will chase you for it, because a design built around placeholder text fails the moment the real thing arrives.

02

A CMS you can edit without us

Editing a price or swapping a photo should never require a support ticket. We set the fields up so the page cannot be visually broken by an ordinary edit.

03

Staging and a deploy pipeline

Changes get tested somewhere that is not your live site. This is the single biggest difference between a site that survives updates and one that does not.

04

Schema, metadata and speed

Per-page titles and descriptions, structured data, LCP under 2.5s on 4G, images in modern formats. Done during the build, because retrofitting it costs more than including it.

05

Everything in your name, in writing

Domain, DNS, hosting, repository, database, pipeline, keys, admin accounts, plus every paid licence. You get the ownership map at handover, not a zip file.

How it runs

Four to ten weeks, with two decision points.

Scoping is paid and fixed-quoted afterwards, so the number does not move once we start.

Week 0

Scope and quote

Usually the ownership review, credited in full against the build. One fixed price out the other side.

Week 1–2

Structure and content

Sitemap, page structure, and a content plan naming who writes what by when.

Week 2–5

Design and build

Two revision rounds with named approvers. Everything visible on staging as it happens.

Week 5–8

Integrations and QA

Payments, forms, e-invoicing, CRM. Real test transactions, real form submissions, real devices.

Launch

Handover and care

Ownership map, a walkthrough recording, and care live from day one.

Questions

Why is a care plan mandatory with a build?

Because an unmaintained new site becomes an old site in about eleven months, and we would rather not have our work end up as another © 2018 example. It is priced openly from RM450 and you can cancel any month — we just will not launch without one in place.

Can you work to our existing brand guidelines?

Yes. Send the PDF and the font licences. If the licences are missing or sit in a previous agency's name, that is one of the things the ownership review catches before it becomes a legal problem.

What if we do not have content ready?

Then say so at scoping and we plan around it. The failure mode is a project that stalls at 80% waiting for an About page. We would rather quote a smaller launch scope and add pages later through the care plan.

Do you guarantee we will rank?

No, and be careful of anyone who does. We build the technical foundation properly and publish honest content. Rankings depend on competition we do not control.

Build it once, properly.
