Questions About the Review
Why does the System Review cost RM5,000?
Because it is an intensive technical investigation, not an automated sales scanner. A senior engineer individually inspects your domain WHOIS/MYNIC records, DNS routing, server isolation, source code licenses, database backups, and administrator privilege hierarchies over 5 working days.
How does the 100% credit guarantee work?
The RM5,000 service fee becomes account credit after the review is delivered. We apply that credit to an eligible fixed-scope project or monthly improvement engagement until the RM5,000 balance is exhausted. SST paid on the review is not part of the service credit.
What happens if our previous developer refuses to cooperate?
We document the exact refusal and provide legal and administrative recovery pathways (such as filing corporate MYNIC registrant verification requests, ICANN ownership disputes, or direct host data recovery).
